The aim of work - to prove transition in soil conservation technologies to biological agriculture, to develop the system of soil fertilization in biological farming, to study the changes of soil properties, to define economic and agronomical efficiency of technologies. Researches were conducted in obedience to the generally accepted methods. The results of researches showed that long-term application of soil conservation technologies of biological agriculture influences on the increase of humus content in soil, on the type distribution of carbonates in comparison with traditional technologies. In soil conservation technologies of biological farming the nutrient regime of soil gets better, and also C:N and N:P:K ratio narrows. In obedience to long-term information, agronomical efficiency of the explored technologies is in 1,34-2,17 times higher I comparison with traditional technologies.
