The pressure vibrations are noticed in the gas collector. They caused the pressure differential at the furnace hearth and pressures in the gas collector by the battery sides. The tests allowed getting the data on the hydraulic mode for the gas collector and for the pipelines of direct coke gas. The recommendations were worked out on stabilizing of hydraulic conditions for the coke battery. The adjusting interval for the throttle valve of the pressure regulator was suggested to extend due to amplitude increasing to change the overlap for the passage section of the direct coke gas pipeline. The hydraulic resistance of the pressure regulator was recommended to decrease by means of additional resistance in the gas pipeline after the regulator. It is necessary to make possible to fix the "opened" and "closed" positions automatically for the bolt of additional resistance and to increase the height of gas collecting space at the battery No.3 to 250-350 mm; Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
