Description

The effect of the process parameters of the vertical continuous casting on the crystallization and quality of cast silver alloy semiproducts is investigated. The influence of the pressure teatment peculiarities on continously cast billets is studied on the installation CC 3000 (INDUTHERM, Germany). Continous casting process for profiles and metal granules is developed. It is investigated the possibility of the homogenous alloy production for test needles and standard samples for X-ray fluorescence assay.
