Description

In accordance with the aim of conducted work a technology was investigated which allow to one to produce of the crushed hard addition (skilled utilization of sour resins) with the wide range of properties. Metering this technological operation facilitates metering of the material to the charge, minimizes emissions on the stage of mixing and save polymerization potential of acid tars. Razed on the executed researches technological assignment was developed for designing of experimental-industrial unit for production of solidified crushed additives using secondary aside tarry materials of coking at the JSC "Zaporozhkoks" a technology was developed to covert acid tall resins of sulfate divisions and crude benzol rectification to solidified (pitch-like) products. Experimental-industrial lots of solidified products were produced, industrial (box) carbonization tests of the charge with the additives of the material obtained. Technical recommendations were developed for designing a unit for solidification of tarry secondary products of the chemical wing of coking division at the JSC "Zaporizhkoks"
