Rigging, individual defense means, the rate standards, physical and moral conditions and other factors were taken into account as components of the national waste calculation system. Composition and scope were determined for OJSC "Alchevskkoks" as well as data about technological processes, at which wastes are formed, waste identification and classification, data about the terms for waste storage, transportation, treatment, utilization, elimination and neutralization at the enterprise. The correction of nomenclature and inventory was made for wastes at "Alchevskkoks" regarding the production activity changes. It was found that the natural and secondary resources of raw materials and energy had minimum harm to the environment.
