Radiotherapy and chemoradiotherapy play a negative role in the psychoemotional condition of patients. It is necessary to make new effective methods of treatment to decrease number of complications and to increase life quality of patients with cervical cancer. The neurotoxicity of anticancer drugs during chemotherapy for malignant tumors of different signs in 95 patients was investigated. There are serious side effects in peripheral and central nervous system during treatment with taxol, cysplatin, vincristin. Electromyography is necessary for defining and differential diagnosis of side effects in peripheral and central nervous system during chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors.
