There were found high rate of pregnancy complications, haemostatic dysfunction, feto-placental insufficiency in women with hyperproduction of APA. It has been found the pathogenetic role of hyperproduction of autoantibodies to antiphosphatidilserin and anticardiolipin in pregnant women with preeclampsia and IUGR. There are specific prognostic criteria in the development of preeclampsia including high level of antiphospholipid antibodies, hypercoagulation and high level of autoantibodies to ?2-GP-1, prothrombin and annexin V.
