OBJECT: patients with after surgery ventral hernias; THE PURPOSE: the result's improvement of surgical treatment (decrease of relapses and other complications) at the patients with after surgery ventral hernias by development of new ways diagnostics of a condition of front peritoneum fabrics in hernias area and topographical anatomy of the proved new ways of hernia plastic surgery; METHOD: clinical, laboratory, ultrasonic, statistical; criteria of a choice of an optimum way of plastic surgery of hernias gate novelty - for the first time are developed on the basis of study of a condition of hernias fabrics forming gate on various distance from their edge, estimation of a degree joint of internal bodies with hernia bag and hernia gate; the topographical anatomy is developed with maximum individualized new way of hernias plastic surgery gate; the result developed and introduced the complex of diagnostic and medical measures with the purpose of reduction of relapses and other complications; INTRODUCED:in medical practice, in educational process; BRANCH: medicine.
