Its diagnostic criteria have been determined. The pathopsychological mechanisms of forming of neurotic injuries have been revealed. The life quality and the social adaptation for that contingent have been learned. The methods of psychotherapeutic correction and psychoprophylaxis in patients with chronic pruritic dermatoses have been worked out. NOVELTY: for the first time the methods of quantum-energy therapy has been usedin patients with chronic pruritic dermatoses.EFFICIENCY: data obtained have been permited to the shortening of the skin process exacerbation in chronic pruritic dermatoses.
