Gorky popup.description2 Object of research - 112 patients suffering from irondeficiency anemia in the age of from 23 till 50 years. The purpose of work - to lower frequency of cardiac complications at irondeficiency anemia. Method of research - echocardiography, electrocardiography, biochemical blood test, physical examination. 112 patients (38 men, 74 women), suffering from irondeficiency anemia have been included in research. The age was 23 - 50 years (middle age 33±14 years). Duration of disease was 1-5 years (on the average 2,2±1,4 year). Diagnosis of irondeficiency anemia was verified on the basis of typical a clinical picture and the laboratory test data (typical results of peripheral blood test, decrease in a level of serum iron). Reason of irondeficiency anemia were chronic blood loss, caused by menorrhage, nasal and gastroenteric bleedings, iron absorption insufficiency due to chronic diseases of the digestive channel and endocrine diseases. The anemia of an easy degree (hemoglobin of blood 110-90 г/л) has been revealed at 52 patients (1 group) and average (hemoglobin 89-70 г/л) - at 60 (2 group). Alongside with the standard clinical methods at surveyed was determined a condition of the lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system, daily monitoring of an electrocardiogram and an echocardiography. It is established, that irondeficiency anemia caused increase of lipid peroxidation and heavy damages of cardiovascular system that is expressed in infringement of bioelectric activity of heart and left ventricle dysfunction. On the basis of the specified pathogenetic mechanisms of anemic cardiomyopathy effective methods of preventive maintenance and treatment of the given pathology was developed.
