Gorky popup.description2 Object of research: 350 children with congenital araphias of abdominal wall and foreign bodies (FB) of respiratory ways (RW), 150 children of control groups among them. The purpose of research: development and introduction in clinical practice a complex of diagnostic, medical and rehabilitation measures directed on improvement of results of treatment in children with congenital and aquire surgical pathology of organs of abdominal and chest cavities. Theoretical and practical results: development and introduction in clinical practice the methods of diagnostics: degree of viscero-abdominal disproportion; scin-muscle plastic of congenital deffects of abdominal wall and method of haemostasis at FBRW. The risk factors of comlication of FBRW were evaluated and established. The follow-up results of treatment of patients with FBRW were stadied. Novelty: there were got 3 patents: degree of viscero-abdominal disproportion; scin-muscle plastic of congenital deffects of abdominal wall and method of haemostasis at FBRW. Efficiency of introduction: in the patients with araphias of abdominal wall were reduced of mortality on 32%, cutting down the periods of hospital staying in children with araphias of abdominal on 12%, were reduced of postoperative complications and wallquantity of postoperative complications and cutting down the periods of hospital staying in children with FBRW on 2.2 days. Area of application: the developed complex of measures can be introduced in childrens surgical, urological, oncological and reanimation departments of region, urban and regional hospitals.
