Purpose of work: to find the main regularities of destructive lung tuberculosis forming during epidemic period in industrial Donetsk region with analyses of organism staying and pathomorphological changes, to develop the methods of damage correction. Methods of investigation: hygienic, clinical, laboratorial, biochemical, immunological, morphological, statistical. The obtained results and newness: it was found that the development of destructive tuberculosis is a result of decreasing of cells immunity, that promote of damage of micro vessels in the lung and increase of capacity of tissue injure. The formation of fibrin-caseose blob and lisys of fibrin mass promote the destructive emergence. The criteria's of immunity correction were founded. Inclusion rasthoropsha pyatnistaya in complex therapy of tuberculosis improvs the processes of healing and preventions of development of by-effects on antitubercular drugs.
