The subject of research - organizational system of medical aid rendering to the population with the special needs - HIV-infected patients. The purpose - to define peculiarities of organization of medical aid rendering to HIV-infected patients. Methods of research are statistical, medico-sociological, graphic, expert estimations, system analysis and approach. Results and novelty - for the first time readiness of services at all stages of medical aid rendering to realization of preventive and medical measures on HIV, since a level of family is investigated. The results of research can be introduced into activity of medical establishments, can be used in postgraduate training of the doctors and organizers of public health services.
