Gorky popup.description2 In the experimental part of the work the blood serum superficial tension was determined under the effect of the magnetic field (186 tests) and laser radiation (82 tests). They were sorted out into peptic ulcer pathophysiology groups after the study of 87 partients in the clinical part of the work. The indices were determined before and after use of magnetic fields and low intensive laser radiation (LILR) partients with peptic ulcer. The index of vegetative balance served as a criterion for the selection of patients. The differentiated use of physical agents for peptic ulcer complex treatment resulted in to the improvement of cure efficiency, to the decrease of complications in 2 times, to the shortening of hospital term on 3-5 days. The work's results allow to recommend the use of magneto- and laserotherapy for peptic ulcer complex treatment under the index of vegetative balance.
