Gorky popup.description2 In experimental part of work the blood serum superficial tension was determined under applying of the magnetic field (195 tests) and laser radiation (56 tests). There were selected preeclampsia pathophysiology groups after the study of 41 pregnant and 46 puerperants in clinical part of work. The indexes were determined before and after magnetotherapy at 15 pregnant with preeclampsia, laserotherapy - at 17 puerperants. The index of vegetative balance served as a criterion for the selection of patients. The differentiated applying of physical agents for preeclampsia complex treatment leaded to the improvement of cure efficiency, to the decrease of complications in 2 times, to the shortening of hospital term on 3-5 days. The work's results allow to recommend the using of magneto- and laserotherapy for preeclampsia complex treatment under the index of vegetative balance.
