Gorky popup.description2 There were determined 736 primary carious cavities with the aim of substantiation of the modified Black's classification. The new approaches to restorations of primary carious cavities by adhesive reduction materials were developed and applied on 593 carious cavities. The work's results allowed discovering the adhesive materials selection's dependence on the area of carious defects. Anatomic shape and marginal junction of adhesive restoration were up to the continuance of clinical restoration and the area of carious defects. Investigations of the influence of superficial capsulation's rate on the quality of the front restoration revealed their dependence on the area of carious defects and oral hygiene. The using of the new approaches to restorations of primary carious cavities leaded to the improvement of cure efficiency on 43%, to the decrease of complications on 11%.
