Gorky popup.description2 OBJECT of RESEARCH - 728 victims suffered from deep burns 0,5 up to 75 % TBSA who were treated in Donetsk Burn Center. Etiology of burns was a flame, boiled water, an electric current of high voltage. The PURPOSE of WORK: To reduce probability of burn wounds complications development due to new early surgical interventions introduction, use of ozone and preventive maintenance complex system. The RECEIVED RESULTS: The estimation of results of surgical treatment burn wounds by early necrectomy, autografting, xenografting, using of artificial covers based on the basis of clinical, morphological and laboratory researches was done. It has allowed to prove efficiency of used ways of preventive maintenance and treatment of burn wounds complications. The early necrectomy influence on a condition of wound local immunity was studied at burns, criteria and terms of performance of operation for improvement of results were established. The general law of early cytokines production for duly correction of immune infringements is revealed. Opportunities of cultures fibroblasts and factors of wound processes regulation using were studied. In an experimental research on animals powerful action of the ozonized solution on acceleration of wound phases changes in was proved. Influence of the ozonized solution intravenous introduction on antioxidant system was studied at extensive burn wounds. Results of ozone local application on processes of clarification of a wound and epitelisation, preventive maintenance of purulent complications were studied. The operations lead at children in early period after shock, are economically more favourable and pathogenically proved as conduct to reduction of treatment terms on the average for 6 days, and in group of patients with severe burns almost for 10 days, and reduced quantity of wounds complications on 22 %, and patients morbility in 4,5 times.
