Higher bioavailability was detected for organic compounds of boron. At the same time there was found no signs of boron cumulation and no symptoms of boron intoxications among the inhabitants, who use boron mineral waters for their everyday drink. High level of bioavailability of elements was proved by significant improvement of clinical-biochemical indices of metabolism of iron and calcium under the influence of course of calcium- and iron-containing mineral waters intake.
