Description

AA medical-biological of phisico-chemical and microbiological property on the carbonated mineral water "Polyana Kupel" which is bottled in PETF bottles are estimated; the studies were aimed at establishing the expiri date for the water. The concetration of the norm-components in this water does not exceed the limits designated by the State Standart DSTU 878-93. It has been found that the carbonated mineral water "Polyana Kupel" can be bottled into synthetic material containers with the time of storage being indicated as 12 months.
