Head Saribekov Georgiy Savich, Registration Date 05-12-2006 Organization Kherson national technical university popup.description2 With the purpose of developing theoretical bases for intensification of the processes of preparation, bleaching of cotton fabrics on the basis of using electric discharge volumetric non-linear cavitation, we carried out researches in the following: an intensification of desizing process, boiling in the alkaline medium and directly the process of bleaching, determination of influence of optimum technological parameters of electric discharge processing (the module of bath, pressure, frequency of impulses, the temperature factor and time of processing) on parameters of quality - capillarity and a degree of removal of starch has allowed to determine that use of the given physical influence is insufficient. To obtain a fabric with high capillarity and the maximum degree of removal of starch size, it is necessary to use preliminary soaking in presence of effective surface-active substances, thus the process of boiling in the alkaline medium and directly bleaching is considerably accelerated. It is also perspective to use the electric discharge processing for the ferment way of fabric preparation. Under such conditions of preparing fabrics of different purpose it is possible to reduce considerably time of finishing and consumption of necessary resources. Influence of electric discharge volumetric cavitation on the process of wool washing is studied. Researches of optimum parameters of electric discharge processing (pressure, frequency of impulses, time of processing, distance between electrodes) has shown that contamination, not depending on its amount in fibres of wool and its nature, is removed instantly, but the amount of fatty substances even at maximum time of processing (120 s) remains practically without changes (3 %). It is ascertained, that use of surface-active substances (1 g/l) with electric discharge processing provides 8 % removal of fatty substances. The further researches provide studying influence of the most effective surface-active substances, the temperature factor, the module of bath and other technological parameters. The basic results of research were published in scientific journals. The results of research are used in educational process for improvement of laboratory work, lectures on chemical technology and design of fibrous materials, performing dissertation, degree and master work.
