The obtained outcomes indicate a miscellaneous pathogenetic role of the acid factor and H. pylori for chronic and senile types of ulcer. There was proved, that the changes of local fibrinolytic activity of duodenal bulbus play a role in a bleeding origin and its relapse. It was discovered that anemia had appeared in the role of an independent and significant risk factor for intestinal anastomoses leakage. The rate of surgical complication in-creased in patients with concomitant interference 2-nd stage heart failure and chronic obstructive lung diseases.
