Description

140 pregnant women with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), 50 healthy pregnant. Reducing of pregnancy and labor complications in pregnant with threatened abortion on the background of APS and urogenital infection. Clinical, labora-tory, immunological, microbiological, ultrasound, biochemi-cal, statistical methods. To be continued.Prognostic criteria and incidence of threatened abortion and fetal distress in pregnant with APS have been determined. It's determined that the availability of antiphospholipid syndrome is connected to prevalence of Mycoplasma infections. It's de-termined that changes in coagulogram and immunogram are connected to the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies. Method of APS prophylactic treatment has been worked out. Method of using of low-molecular weight heparin combined with essential phospholipids and acetylsalicylic acid for APS therapy has been suggested. The results of SRW have been inculcated in practice of maternity houses in Dniepropetrovsk, Donetsk and Kharkov. Fieldsof using are gynecological and obstetrical departments of maternity houses.
