Research methods: Results presented on NDR are based on complex application of methods of the analysis of interval data, system analysis, metamathematical modelling, theory of information and coding theorie. Research results and their novelty: New methods for parametrical and structural identification of models "input-output" are offered. Economic-mathematical models of influence of economic activities of the enterprises on a socially-ecological environment and interval models of the distributed objects are developed. Developed criteria are tables of optimum plans which enable to build interval model of decision-making.
