Head Kotlyarov E.I., Registration Date 30-03-2007 Organization Ukrainian State Researsh Institute for Carbochemistry popup.description2 In accordance with the National standard "General bases for estimation of property and properties rights", property estimation is based on the following five principles: the principle of utility of an object, the principle of demand and supply (correlation of demand and supply on similar property), the principle of substitution (for acquisition of property a sum, exceeding the minimum cost of property of the same utility, which is for sale at the market, is not paid); the principle of expectation of economic values from the ownership of an object (the object cost for estimation is determined by the size of the economic profit expected from the ownership of an object), the principle of the most effective use of the object (account of dependence of market cost of the estimation object on its most effective usage). Estimation of capital expenditures was made in the following order: acquaintance with an estimation object; collection and studying basic data and other information, necessary for its processing; identification of the estimation object and analysis of possible limitations, which can accompany estimation procedure, and use of its results; selection of necessary methodical approaches, methods and estimation procedures, proper to the purpose of estimation and the chosen base. The concordance of the estimation results was conducted using different methodical approaches.
