The norms of general production expenses were grounded at subdivisions of OJSC "Zaporozhkoks". The technological schemes were studied as well as technological regulations of basic subdivisions of the enterprise. The analysis of actual energy consumption was done at workshops at the different raw material loads and material streams. A database is formed about the electrical receivers actually used on the enterprise, their passport (nominal) power and the power use coefficient. Information about working time of electrical receivers was collected and analyzed and the time study of works was conducted on the different types of energy equipment. Spreadsheets were developed for the calculation of the production program and determination of necessary amount of electric power.On the basis of actual data and calculations the information was got about dependence of specific energy consumption on productions capacities.
