The purpose: To improve results of treatment of the patients with nonresectable primary and metastatic neoplasms of a liver by development of the regimes of an intraarterial selective polychemotherapy with the count of mechanisms of action of cytostatics and their influence them on phases of the cell cycle. Methods of research and equipment: clinical, physycal, chemical biochemical; the spectrophotometer "Specord", cytofluometer, biochemical analyzer. The use of developed with the count of mechanisms of action of drugs of the regimen (Doxorubicinum (50 mg/м2), Cisplatinum (60 mg/м2), Mitomycin With (10 mg/м2), 5-fluorouracil (800 mg/м2)) in patients, in which the intraarterial polychemotherapy for the first time was carried out, or in the absence of efficacy in previous treatment, has allowed in 96 % of cases to achieve effect, from them in 42 %- regression of tumor, in 54 % - stabilization, the research was performed to determine the cells by phases of a mitotic cycle and changes in bone marrow in these patients, which was revealed in 33 % cases.
