Algorithms for examination of patients with suspicion of metastases to skeleton dependently of primary tumor site and for the patients of anonymous cancer are developed and tested. Algorithms for examination of patients with suspicion of multiple myeloma are developed and tested in clinic. Method of radiotherapy using single large-fractional radiation and algorithm of its planning for the treatment of pain in metastases to vertebral column has been developed. Analysis of archival case records of patients with metastases to vertebral column with unknown primary site has been performed. Methods of systemic therapy of patients with metastases to vertebral column dependently of primary site have been developed and clinically tested. Methods of surgery and combined treatment of patients with metastases to vertebral column have been developed and tested. Method of aspiration vertebroplastis for the treatment of patients with metastases to vertebral column has been developed and clinically tested; indications and contra-indications for the interventions are determined as well as methods of systemic therapy of such patients are developed. Analysis of the immediate results of the treatment of the patients using the developed methods has been performed. Peculiarities of side effects have been studied.
