Objective of the study: to increase the efficacy of complex conservative treatment of ACC patients using chemoradiomodifiers and interferon. Methods of study: clinical, laboratory, roentgenological, statistical. Apparatus: ROKUS, simulator of radiation session "SimView" 3000 (Siemens, Germany) AGAT-VU, US "Aloca" - FLEXUS, flow cytofluorimeter "FAScan" (BECTON DICKINSON, USA). Algorithm for examination of patients with ACC for obtaining of information on size of primary tumor and its anatomical parameters necessary for clinico-dosimetric planning of combination radiotherapy and monitoring of the treatment has been developed. Role of values of proliferative activity of tumors, DNA content in nuclei of tumor cells and their ploidity for determination of aggressive potential of cervical carcinoma using DNA-flow cytometry has been studied. Examination of the dynamics of values of aggressiveness of tumor process allows optimization of tactics of conservative treatment of ACC patients, predict its outcome and perform dynamic control of the efficacy of the treatment. Examination of 35 patients with ACC has been done. The efficacy of chemoradiotherapy of 70 patients treated according to the developed methods in 2005-2006 has been analyzed. The obtained preliminary results evidence on the efficacy and unavailability of excessive toxicity of the developed methods and there is no need for the correction of the developed methods of treatment.
