Objective: to give a sanitary-and-hygienic assessment of the construction waste at the LANW liquidation, to determine their danger class for health and to elaborate the recommendation for the utilization. Methods: atomic-and-absorption spectrometry. It was determined that construction waste according to a total toxicity index of the heavy metals were classifild as a low danger (IY class) one. The conditions of their utilization were determined, following them construction waste wouldn't affect negatively environment and health of the population. The recommendations for the utilization of construction waste and prognosticative assessments of the territory keeping after the LANW liquidation according to existing sanitary legislation were presented.
