The purpose: to determine features of formation demographic situation in the settlements to a zone unconditional (obligatory) resettlement. Rezult: in 2004 (in comparison since 1991) the birth rate in a zone 2 has decreased almost on 30%, and mortality - has increased in 1,9 times, that considerably exceeds nation-wide and oblasts levels of changes of parameters in dynamics. The reduction of a population of a zone unconditional (obligatory) resettlement is by a consequence migration of outflow of the inhabitants.
