The results demonstrated positive antibacterial effects of the studied medications namely, flurenizide, rovamicine which significantly improved the course of the articular syndrome in patients with Chlamydia-associated reactive arthritis. Chlamidial infection was more typical for the older patient with ischemic heart disease comparing to the younger adults. No definite effects of the flurenizide were shown in this group of patients. In chronic obstructive bronchitis flurenizide significantly improved the treatment dynamics because of its anti-inflammatory, immune modulating, and antibacterial action.
