As a subject of the investigation were Na,K,Cl-cotransport, Na/Li-countertransport, peroxide lipid oxidation processes the state of enzymatic component of antioxidation defence, the optical spectra of hemoglobin, its complexesv and hemolizat, the affinity of hemoglobin to oxygen, structure and functional peculiarities of erythrocytes, exeperimental ethanol intoxication, alcoholism, shizoprenia, vessel dementia. We have examined in red blood cells changes of the parametrs during the ethanol intoxication of rats. The purposes of research were analyzing of conception of the development of ion membranopathies in vessel dementia, Alzheimer"s disease and shizophrenia, improvement of laboratory diagnostics, establing the possibilities of the diseases.
