Research of influencing each of factors of difficult complex of loading on wearproofness of contacting surfaces which work at extreme terms, separately and in co-operation. The analysis of terms of contact and features of damage of details of GTU is executed in work. The model of contact co-operation of contacting surfaces was developed, that work at the difficult loading. Pursuant to the offered model of destruction of superficial layer common action of factors which influence on tearing down taken to their sum and results in their mutual strengthening. Shots and reversible friction promote the temperature threshold of cold brittleness. On the basis of the offered model of contact co-operation of contacting surfaces a device for research of friction is developed, that allows to test standards in terms, more close to the external of details of contacting surfaces which work in the conditions of the three-dimensional loading environments of models. For research of tearing down of instrument at treatment of contacting surfaces of materials at cutting a stand was projected which allows to get danni about the vibration of instrument during cutting and to set influencing of the vibration state of area of cutting on tearing down of chisel. A stand consists of vibrodatchika, strengthener of signal, analog-to-digital transformer (ATSP) and EVM. This job performances can be used on the enterprises of machine-building industry, in particular, on the enterprises of aircraft building. More concrete information about an economic and social effect it is possible to lead only on condition of continuation of research in this direction.
