The purpose of the work - perfection of the technology of vibrocast products from ZrО2, stabilized by MgO. Methods of research - chemical, roentgen phase, methods of determination of physical-mechanical properties factors of refractory products, procedure of flowability determination at vibration of boundary-concentrated thixotropic granulous masses. It is established, that the use of sintered zirconia stabilized by MgO provides the receipt of the products, characterized by higher value of cold crushing strength, but yielding concerning thermal shock resistance to analogous products from fused zirconia, stabilized by MgO. The opportunity of thermal shock resistance increase of products by introduction of monoclinic zirconia addition in the amount which doesn't exceed 20 % for masses with the maximal grain size of 1,5 mm and doesn't exceed 10 % for masses with the maximal size of 1 mm is established. For masses with optimal grain composition from fused zirconia stabilized by MgO, it is established, that the introduction of ГКЖ-11 addition in the amount of 0,15-0,175 % provides their maximal flowability at vibration. On the pilot production, trial lots of crucibles on the basis of ZrO2, stabilized by CaO or Y2O3 are produced.
