The purpose of the work - production technology revision of products from ZrO2, stabilized by Y2O3 of ca. 10%. Methods of research - determination of chemical and phase compositions, physicoceramic properties factors of refractories, stabilized by Y2O3 and ZrO2. As a result of carried out comparative researches, the addition influence of 1,2,3,4% aluminas of ГК-2 and СTС-40 grades on the main properties factors of samples from fused ZrO2, stabilized by Y2O3 of ca. 10%, produced by dry pressing, is determined; the optical compositions, containing alumina addition and providing the samples receipt with high properties factors is established, these properties factors exceed analogous characteristics of base composition samples (without addition) according to their crushing strength up to 1,1-1,4 times, thermal shock resistance up to 1,5-2,5 times higher (high values), open porosity 0,9 times higher (low values). Taking into accout obtained results of comparative researches, the amendment draft №2 to TS is developed and nature products samples of optimal composition in the form of cover from fused ZrO2, stabilized by Y2O3 of ca. 10%, are produced, which are characterized by high properties factors and meet TS requirements. In OISC "URI of Refractories names after A.S.Berezhnoy", trial lots of products of ЦИС-1Т fnd ЦИС-2 grades in the form of cover of 7 positions, cylinder 1 position, crucible 1 position, sector with interlock of 3 positions, ring with interlock of 3 positions are produced, which are characterized by high properties factors and meet TS requirements.The indicated products are delivered for export to RF and Belarussian to customers for monocrystals growth sets application. To continue the work towards the production technology mastering of products from ZrO2, stabilized by Y2O3 of ca. 10%, with the addition of Al2O3; trial lots output of these products with the delivery for tests in service in monocrystals growth sets.
