The purpose of the work - production technology revision of alumina-silica low cement concrete mixes of СМЛНЦБ, СМКНЦБ grades. Methods of researches - physical-chemical, electron microscopic, petrographic, physicomechanical and thermomechanical. The influence of the amount of mullitecorundum products scrappage and corundum castable (with content of Al2O3 90-92 wt.%) after service in lining of black carbon reactor on properties of mullite and mullitecorundum low cement concrete mixes is investigated. The opportunity of scrappage use of mullitecorundum products and corundum castable of fraction 1-0 mm in the composition of mullite concrete mix in the amount of 20 wt.% instead of electrofused corundum and in the composition of mullitecorundum concrete mix in the amount of 30 wt.% instead of normal corundum and in part kaolin chamotte is established. The trial lot of low cement mullitecorundum concrete mix of СМКНЦБ grade with the additive of scrappage of refractory products (a mix of scrappage of mullitecorundum products and corundum castable) is produced. Properties of a mix meet the requirements of technical specifications of TS S 26.00190503-220-2002 and commercial tests are carried out. Obtained results allow to expand a raw-material base at production of concrete mixes. 3. Comparative researches of dispersing (plasticizing) additives influence (ADS-1, ADW-1, С-3) on properties of low cement mullitecorundum concrete mix of СМКНЦБ grade are executed. It is established, that the application of "С-3" superplastifier in the composition of low cement mullitecorundum concrete mix instead of ADS-1, ADW-1 dispersing alumina is inexpedient, as its introduction worsens the properties factors of castable (occurs the increase of water demand of a concrete mix and open porosity of samples, produced from it and the decrease of strength factors of samples, produced from castable and their apparent density). According to acting normative documentation on pilot production of OJSC "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S.Berezhnoy", trial lots of low cement alumina-silica concrete mixes of СШНЦБ and СМКНЦБ grades are put out, which are transferred to refractory and metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine.To continue the work towards further perfection of the production technology of low cement alumina-silica concrete mixes with the use of new dispersing agents.
