The purpose of the work - production technology perfection of low cement aluminaspinel gunning concrete mixes. Methods of research - physical-chemical, petrographic, thermomechanical. The influence of the amount of normal corundum on properties of low cement aluminaspinel gunned castable of СГШНЦОБТ-1 and СГШНЦОБТ-2 grades is investigated. The opportunity of normal corundum use in the composition of gunned castable of СГШНЦОБТ-1 grade is shown that allows to expand a raw-material base for manufacture of the specified castable. Inexpediency of normal corundum application for production of low cement aluminaspinel gunned castable of СГШНЦОБТ-2 grade is established, as thus the strength of the specified castable after firing at high temperature. In the conditions of OJSC "URIR named after A.S.Berezhnoy" the production technology of gunned castable of СГШНЦОБТ-1 grade containing normal corundum is mastered. As a result of the executed explorations of influence of various cements (calcium aluminate of ВГЦ-73 and СА-270 grades, magnesia aluminate) on properties of the above-stated castables, the type of hydraulic binding (СА-270) is optimized, that provides the reception of the best factors of strength characteristics of gunned castable. In OJSC "URIR named after A.S.Berezhnoy" trial lots of low cement alumina spinel gunned castable of СГШНЦОБТ-1 grade are put out, which are transferred to the customer for performance of patchworks of local lining wear places of steel ladles.
