The purpose of the work - the production technlogy revision of cordierite containing product. Methods of research - physical-mechanical, chemical. The influence researches of chamotte amount and grains on the properties of cordierite containing samples, including chamottecordierite ones, produced by means of extrusion, are carried out. It is established, that with the introduction of optimal amount of chamotte of ШК-42 grade, it is possible to decrease open porosity of products by 2-5% and to increase their thermal shock resistance up to 20 heats in the mode of 1300 C - water. The results of researches allow to establish tougher porosity factors for chamottecordierite products of ШКДИ-2 grade - according to TS of not more than 28%. Amendments drafts to technological instruction and to technological specifications for products, produced by exrusion. The amendment №1 upon chamottecordierite refractory products, by which a new factor is introduced - bending strength, not less than 7 Mpa, is developed and adopted. The test batches of chamottecordierite products and cordierite ceramics for various organization of Ukraine are produced. The products properties correspond to ТS demands. The test batches of products are transferred to customers in full volume. To continue the work towards the technology perfection of cordierite containing products and application areas enlargement.
