The purpose of the work - the production technology revision of calcium silicate light-weight products. Methods of researches - physical mechanical, chemical, petrographic, roentgenphase and thermal phisical. The influence of various binding on properties of calcium silicate samples on a base of natural wollastonite is investigated. The key opportunity of alumophosphate binder application as binding is shown and samples with apparent density of 1,0 g/cm3 and cold crushing strength of 1,5 MPa are obtained. The influence of various silica- and calcium containing materials on properties and phase composition of calcium silicate light-weight samples is investigated. The opportunity of partial replacement of a quartz into silica gel or perlite is established that allows to lower apparent density up to 0,75 g/cm3 at cold crushing strength 1,6 MPa and to expand a raw-material base of production. It is established, that from all investigated compositions the most preferable is the mix compositon, which contain two calcium containing components in the ratio of 3:1. The influence of various foam formers on properties of calcium silicate light-weight samples is investigated. It is established, that essential decrease of apparent density of calcium silicate light-weight samples (up to 0,61 g/cm3) is provided by foam former additive of "Penistrom".Researches of influence of firing temperature and curing time on properties and phase composition of calcium silicate light-weight samples are carried out and optimal firing parameters are established. As a result of research of calcium silicate light-weight samples properties it is established, that the highest properties factors have calcium silicate light-weight samples from the composition containing an optimal relation of calcium containing components and a quartz, as well as the composition with the additive of perlite. Samples have low apparent density - 0,75-0,83 g/cm3 and thermal conductivity - 0,17-0,23 W/(m·K) at tср of 600 ± 25°С and sufficient strength - 1,6-3,6 MPa. By trial tests it is shown, that samples of the specified compositions are not moistened by aluminium melt. The work should be continued towards the mastering and introduction of production and application of developed calcium silicate light-weight products.
