The purpose of the work is - revision of concrete mixes production technology and trial lots output. Methods of researches are thermal- and physical-mechanical, chemical and petrographic. Laboratory researches on production technology revision of refractory alumosilicate concrete mixes for blast furnaces in the direction of raw material base enlargement are carried out. The influence of andalusite additives on service properties of mullitecorundum castable is determined. It is established, that andalusite additives provide decrease of open porosity, apparent density at strength factors preservation. The opportunity of alumina cement use of GORCAL 50 and GORCAL 40 (Poland) grades at production of concrete mixes of alumosilicate composition is established. Influence of chamotte light-weight heat-insulating filler additives of ЗШЛ-0,4 grade on properties of alumosilicate castables is investigated. Composition of the heat-insulating chamotte concrete mix is determined, it allows to lower thermal conductivity factors up to 0,74 W/(m К) at rather high strength factors preservation both before heat treatment and after it. The trial lot of heat-insulating concrete mix is produced, which is transferred to OJSC "МК Azovstal" and is in a stage of testing in tuyere connections of blast furnaces. The test piece of castable from a mix of optimal composition is fabricated and its properties are determined. According to the normative documentation in requirements of pilot production of OJSC "URIR named after A.S.Berezhnoy" trial lots of dry concrete mixes are fabricated and put to the customer. To continue the work towards manufacturing methods perfection of alumosilicate concrete mixes with the purpose of production price reduction and raw material base enlargement.
