The purpose of the work - production technology perfection of silicon carbide products on nitridesilicon containing binder. Methods of researches - physical-mechanical, chemical and petrographic, roentgen-phase. Researches of silicon carbide amount influence of different producers on properties of silicon carbide refractories on silicon nitride binder are carried out. It is established, that properties of explored refractories, in which silicon carbide in coarse-grained mixture composition of domestic production is used, are much higher than factors of refractories based on silicon carbide of other producers. Technological parameters including firing temperature schedule in nitrogen medium of silicon carbide products on silicon nitride binder are updated, which allowed to increase products thermal shock resistance (up to 25 heats) and strength (up to 140-220 МPа). Sialon synthesisresearches from different initial components taken in stoichiometric relationships are carried out which provide stable phase composition of a material and are synthesized with stationary values number Z (1,8-2,4). The trial lot of sialon powder is fabricated, the material contains 85-90 % of main phase ( -sialon with number Z = 1,8-2,4). Researches on manufacturing methods development of corundum refractories on sialon binder are carried out. The influence of alumina component on sialon synthesis is investigated and the optimal composition of a mix of combined milling is established, that provides -sialon synthesis in amount up to 60±5 %. Corundum influence of different producers, relations of coarse-grained and fine-grained mix components, firing temperatures and silicon carbide additive on properties of corundum refractories on sialin binder is investigated. It is established, that for production of corundum refractories on sialon containing binder as a filler, it is necessary to use normal corundum and silicon carbide of OJSC "Yaporoyhabrayiv" production, because they provide more complete passage of sialon and nitride phases synthesis. Test pieces of corundum refractories with sialon binder are produced. Refractories were characterized by open porosity of 17,6-18,2 %; apparent density of 2,82-2,90 g/cm3; cold crushing strength of 136-148 МPа and mass proportion of Аl2O3 - 60,50-71,40 % and N2 - 6,78-7,10 %. According to improved technique, amendments to reference document on silicon carbide products manufacture are developed and authorized. Trial lots of products of ККНК and ККОНВ grades are fabricated. To continue the work towards manufacturing methods revision of corundum refractories on sialon or silicon nitride binders and manufacture mastering of new products standard dimensions from silicon carbide and corundum on binders from silicon nitride, sialon, silicon oxynitride.
