The purpose of the work - the technology mastering of corundum refractiries for high-temperature area of black carbon reactors. Methods of research - chemical, petrographic, spectral, physical-chemical. Test samples from finemilled high refractory materials are produced: plate and fused corundum, fused spinel and periclase. Researches on samples stability determination to reduction medium in black carbon fill at temperatures of 1580 and 1750 С are carried out. It is shown, that the steadiest are samples from corundum, then spinel samples. Mullite and periclase samples undergo considerable changes of properties. The production is mastered and the trial lot of vibrocast corundum blocks on the base of plate corundum of 17 standard dimensions for black carbon reactor lining is produced. Application of the corundum fired products allows to increase a service life of lining in comparison with mullitecorundum products. The lot of mullitecorundum products, produced by semi-dry pressing, of two standard dimensions for black carbon reactor is produced.Trial lots of pressed and vibrocast products for kryptol furnaces, reformer, pressed tubes of four standard dimensions and vibrocast muffle blocks are produced. Researches should be prolonged towards the development of the dense spinel and corundumspinel refractories, stable to carbon at high temperatures.
