The purpose of the work - a deepening of theoretic and methodical approaches in the field of finance ensuring of an ecological-economic development. The methods of the study: system-evolutional approach, dialectical method and method of logical generalization. The result of the work is a systematization of theoretical approaches of domestic and foreign scientists and experts to comprehension of objective regularity of sustainable development and role of finance mechanism of credit-investment ensuring of such development in context of modern ecological-economic problems. Result work novelty: it have been received further expansion of the scientific-methodical approaches to realization of the finance mechanism of sustainable ecological-economic development that take to account using of natural resources, wastes generation and level of their influence on environment; originally in comparison with variants existing in science proposing approaches to choice funding source of ecologization processes on their minimal value and maximal benefit for enterprise criteria.
