The aim of the study is the investigation of molecular-genetic mechanisms of allergic dermatoses and development of new methods of their diagnostics and therapy. The methods of the study are clinical, immunologic, biochemical, and molecular-biologic ones. New isolates of Candida and Malassezia have been isolated from patients with allergic dermatoses, and their antigens have been prepared. New test systems to detect specific antibodies to Candida albicans and Candida parapsilosis antigens in blood serum have been produced. In the blood sera of patients with atopic dermatitis, allergic dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis high levels antibodies to Candida were detected very often, and we concluded that these fungi ply the role in pathogenesis of allergic dermatoses in most pathients. In the blood sera of patients with atopic dermatitis, allergic dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis the content of antibodies of class G to Candida parapsilosis is significantly above parameters of control group. In the blood sera of patients with atopic dermatitis, allergic dermatitis, eczema the content of antibodies of class G to Candida albicans is significantly above parameters of control group. In contrast to patients with atopic dermatitis and eczema in the blood sera of patients with allergic dermatitis the content of antibodies of class A to Candida albicans is increase in comparison with control group. The association of SPINK5 nucleotide polymorphism and secretor status to secret the blood group AB0 factors with allergic dermatoses has been found.
