The dependence of baric coefficient of material of quantum dot from its sizes is explored. Is shown, that the magnification of radius of quantum dot calls monotonic diminution of its baric coefficient. The legitimacies of influence of quantum-size effects on baric coefficient of material of quantum dot are spotted. Is shown, that the value of baric coefficient in quantum dot InAs is less than value of baric coefficient of volumetric material InAs approximately on 21%.
