Obtained distributions on lengths of the linear fragments at excitation by high amplitude field are considerably asymmetrical and fitted well with a logarithmically normal law. A field region at which the main moments of distributions are virtually field amplitude independent but their dependence on irradiation dose is nonmonotonous has been found. The software for determining of trajectories of the charged particles at the magnetic fields of domain structures taking into account the energy losses in single- and multyimpact sputtering at direct collision of a particle with film surface has been created and tested. The determination of the particles distributions over sputtering angles in polar and azimuthal planes during collision has been provided by software.
