Head Klimov Vsevolod Valentinovich, Registration Date 16-04-2007 Organization Donetsk National University popup.description2 The procedure of deriving thick piezoelectric films on the basis PZT was developed, in which oxide of bismuth is inlet at a stage preparation fusion mixture and its machining in designs with a high level of ener-getic influence. The films are plotted on a substrate by a screen-printing and are subjected heat treatment at low temperatures (800-850oC). The present method of deriving piezoelectric films differs from known methods by simplicity of preparation and allows to receive films at 800-850oC, thus composition of films does not vary because the evapo-ration of volatible steams lead’s oxside is small. Film’s quality was investigated on dependence of condititions their preparation. The effect of substrate materials on quality and reproduction properties was inves-tigated. Binding’s influence on rheological behavior of pastes was in-vestigated. Quality of initial components on quality piezoelectric films were explored.
