The new design and successful installation of the block of 3-rd ring FАEF has allowed to reduce delta(tay) in some times which has sharply increased stability of its work. The new program of processing of spectrograms was developed and introduced. Records of lines of absorption and measurement of resonant frequencies of C4H3OCHO (furfurol) molecules in a range of frequencies from 280 up to 330 GHz are carry out. The analysis of spectra of two conformers in the basic oscillatory condition with use the hamiltonian of Watson has enabled to find constants the hamiltonian which with high accuracy recreate a rotary spectrum of furfurol molecules. The experiences on concentration measurements were carried out for ozone in the center of Kharkov city with the help of trace CO2-lidar during the period from April, 10 till September, 25.
