The purpose of this development work is theoretical and experimental investigation of oscillation and electromagnetic waves propagation in metal-dielectric structures located in gyrotropic media for design study of small-sized microwave devices and measurement of magnetized up to saturation ferrites. The research methods are the rigorous modified Riemann-Hilbert problem method, and the modified Fourier's method. The theoretical study of two-dimensional periodical structures electromagnetic characteristics in gyrotropic medium has been performed. The packaged applied programs for numerical and computer simulation of periodical structures in gyrotropic medium has been developed The calculation methods of transmission lines parameters on ferrite-dielectric substrate are presented. The rejection effect in periodic micro strip line, which is used for filter design, is studied. The computer simulation of periodical structures has been carried out. The results obtained can be applied for design study of DR filters with decrease weight and sizes.
