The aim of the research: theoretical and experimental study of electromag-netic field influence upon animal blood erythrocytes and upon anisotropic layers of higher animal eye retina. Analysis method: theoretical and experimental study of interaction of elec-tromagnetic radiation with biological media. The methods of digital processing of interferograms, obtained using the digi-tal holographic interference microscope, have been worked out. Approbation of the methods under investigation of 3-D erythrocytes morphology has been carried out. The digital analysis of visual processes in the framework of holographic model of physiological optics has been carried out. It has been shown, that on an eye retina of high animals under natural illumination intensity Fourier holograms of observed objects are registered. Within the framework of holographic model of physiological optics simulation of Haidinger effect was carried out . It is has con-firmed correctness of the developed model of physiological optics.
